This Privacy Policy applies between you, the User of this Website, and The Basement Recovery Project, the owner of recovery.place and its subdomains (including my.recovery.place).
Throughout this Policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to recovery.place and its related platforms, including my.recovery.place, the online learning platform owned and operated by The Basement Recovery Project, a not-for-profit Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO) based in the United Kingdom.
This Policy explains how we use any and all personal data collected by us in relation to your use of these Websites and any Services or Systems provided through them.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Policy, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Account”: collectively, the personal information, payment information and credentials used by Users to access material and/or any communications system on the Website.
Content”: any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of the Website.
